We are based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, but operate exclusively online. We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

If you let us know before the order has shipped out your order will be cancelled and your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days dependent on the payment method used.

If your order has already been dispatched to you the cost to have the order returned as well as a restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the amount refunded to you (the restocking fee is determined by the condition of the item/items returned to us)

Electric power tools (corded and cordless) and Chargers carry a 12 months warranty

Batteries carry a 4 months warranty

Hand tools can be returned within 7 days of purchase

We will either replace the item or refund you for any item that you receive that does not match the description advertised on the website.  We will usually need you to return the item to us at no additional cost to you.
